Board Meetings

The TFCT Board generally meets at least six times a year. TFCT Board meeting dates for 2009 are as follows:

2. Friday 20 March 2009
3. Friday 15 May 2009
4. Friday 14 August 2009
5. Friday 13 November 2009

The AGM is Saturday 26 September 2009 venue to be confirmed.

All TFCT Board meetings for 2009 will be held at the Guardian Trust office in Rotorua unless otherwise agreed by the Trustees. Members are welcome to attend Board meetings. Please contact the Guardian Trust office if you wish to attend a Board meeting. Sub-committee meetings may be held at other times.
