TFQL Directors
TQFL must have no fewer than three and not more than five directors. Directors are appointed for terms of three years. No more than 40% of the TQFL's directors can be elected trustees of the TFCT. This means, a majority of the directors must be independent of the Trust.
The TFQL presently has five directors:
