Governance Charter

One of the obligations of the Trust Deed is for the Trustees to establish a Governance Charter. This is the Trust's policy on the proper exercise of the duties, powers and obligations of the Board of the Trustees. The Trustees approved their Governance Charter at the Board meeting of 15 August 2008.
